Pull every driver’s and tech’s training file this week and match it to the job they actually do. PERC began archiving CETP programs with equivalent PEP content in 2025. PEP — the PERC Education Program — is taking their place. Most field people still hold CETP cards. States still write licensing rules against CETP or an equivalent, on their own clocks. A binder built for the old exam will not help you in an audit.
