Is Tank Spotter a Tank-Level Monitor or a Field Records App?
It is a field records app. Tank Spotter is not a tank monitor and has no sensors on the tank. It records what your people see and do at the site. If you need a remote fuel-level reading, treat that as a separate need.

Start with the question you need answered
Write down what the office needs. Is it a remote fuel-level reading? Or is it a record of work done at the site? These are different jobs. Pick the one you want the demo to prove.
Do not take a map pin as the answer to every equipment question. Ask what the screen shows, who entered it and when.
See what the field record holds
An inspection entry carries a photo, GPS location, time and signature. The field list also has tank inspection mapping. Look at these when your question is what someone saw on a visit.
Ask to open one sample location and explain the record behind it. Ask how staff can tell a past observation from something still to collect.
Look at the earlier visits
The same list includes inspection history. Pick a site with more than one visit. Ask the presenter to find the record from one date.
Then go back to your first question. If you need a current sensor reading, ask how that need would be met. This page promises no sensor link.
Questions and answers
Would a field photo show today's fuel level?
No. A photo shows what was there at that visit. For a current fuel level, look at where the reading comes from and how fresh it is.
What makes a good demo question?
Bring one question from dispatch and one from your safety manager. Ask which record answers each. Leave any monitoring need on your list.
