Can You Customize Tank Spotter to Match Your Propane Forms?

Yes. Tank Spotter says its modules can be tailored to your workflows and terminology. Bring one form you use now and mark what you want changed. The demo can then show what already exists and what would be a change.

Mark up one form before the call

Pick a form your crew fills out often. Mark the fields to keep. Mark the labels that confuse people. Mark what the office has to call and ask about afterward.

Have the person who owns the procedure approve the new wording. Make the form clearer. Do not drop a check your company needs.

Compare the starting point

The safety catalog lists LPG Safety Check / Gas Check and Pre Delivery Safety Check. Ask which one is closest to your form. That is often a better start than a brand new form.

The Form 4 page describes required-field checks before a form is submitted. Bring a form with a blank on purpose. Ask which blanks the form catches. A complete form is not the same as a correct one. Have your reviewer read the answers.

Agree on what the change includes

Write down the new labels, the new fields and who reviews them. Ask the product team to confirm the scope, the timing and any terms for your request. Keep the approved sample as your reference.

Questions and answers

Can we copy an old form without reviewing it?

No. Use the old form to explain your process. Then have your safety lead review the version your crew will use.

How do we check the finished form?

Have a field employee and an office employee use the same sample job. Compare what one enters with what the other understands.

Next step

Mark up one real form, then book a demo and put it next to Tank Spotter's forms. You leave knowing what is already there and what you would ask to change.
